We are now looking for a Site Manager for a modern and growing project development company in Stockholm. The company has been around since 2015 and has experienced stable growth since its inception. Today, the team consists of about 30 senior and junior employees with broad expertise in construction and project development.

The business is primarily driven through projects in retail, office, and light industry for commercial property companies and developers. They have built a strong customer base and work extensively with repeat clients – something that has created long-term partnerships and a stable business.

You will be based at the headquarters in Årsta and become part of an engaged and family-oriented team where the guiding principles of togetherness and solution-orientedness permeate everyday life.

About the role

As a Site Manager, you have overall responsibility for results and budget for the entire business in the projects. You are responsible not only for production but for the whole.

This means that you:

• Manage the project's finances and ensure profitability
• Are responsible for budget, forecasts, and cost monitoring
• Actively work with scheduling and production management
• Handle changes and ensure proper follow-up and documentation
• Drive procurements and purchases
• Lead and build the team on-site – right competence, right culture, and right drive
• Are responsible for HSE work and quality in delivery
• Ensure a final result you can be proud of

The role requires good installation knowledge, especially with an understanding of coordination and acceleration when the project requires it. You are confident in handling complex contracts where technology, time, and finances must be balanced simultaneously.

We are looking for someone who

• Has at least 5 years of experience as a Site Manager, Construction Project Manager, or equivalent role
• Is accustomed to having overall responsibility for finances, schedules, and production
• Has experience in procurement and change management
• Has good installation understanding
• Is business-minded and confident in dialogue with both clients, subcontractors, and employees
• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently

Relevant education is an advantage, but we value personal qualities and leadership higher.

You are structured, solution-oriented, and have the ability to create engagement within the team. You see it as a given to build a strong team on-site and drive projects forward with clarity and responsibility.
